In order to use the Service or any part of it, Users must register in a truthful and complete manner by providing all the required data in the relevant registration form. SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

All orders placed on our online store are shipped directly from Olimpialuxury.com office Rome, Italy some products might be located already in other countries and in case of purchase will be shipped directly from a third party service. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays (orders are neither shipped nor delivered on non-working days).

Once your order has been approved, we will do our best to ship it within 2-3 working days.

We will send you the Tracking Number for your order.

Please note that these delivery times are approximate, and may vary slightly according to the courier and the Country you are shopping from.

Please make sure you select the Country where you want your order to be delivered before proceeding to checkout.
Shipping times and costs may change according to the Country we do our best to cover and offers the best and flast rate for the express service.

A signature at the delivery of the package is always required. If the customer allows the courier to deliver without a signature, neither Olimpialuxury.com nor the courier can be held liable in case of loss of the package.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are made during normal business hours at the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary.
Upon delivery, the User must verify the contents specifying any anomalies in the delivery form.
In case of failure to collect the products by the deadline set by the carrier, the products will be returned to us, who will refund the purchase price but not the shipping cost. Olimpialuxury.com cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User, for any damage occurring to products after delivery to the carrier company where arranged by the User or for delays in delivery attributable to it.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Before requesting a return, please make sure that you respect all the return conditions listed below.

All product must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all the tags.

Please ensure that you return all items with the original branded box inside a protective box or packaging. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags should be included in your return. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.

All product must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all the tags.

Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in their unopened and undamaged packaging. Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any return that has been worn or that is soiled..

You have 14 days from the delivery day to request a return and further 14 days to have your items sent back to us.Your return should be sent back from the same Country of delivery. The products must have been purchased online and not directly with Julie

.The items must not have been modified in any way after purchase (including tailoring services requested in one of our Boutiques).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy. If the return is not in compliance with our return policy, the items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If we exceptionally decide to accept a return that does not respect our return policy, we will deduct an administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund at our discretion.

Since we would not be able to accept any return that does not fulfill these conditions, if you have any doubt or question, please feel free to contact us. Return is free of charge but the shipping fee is on you. if you send it back using another courier, the return costs will be at your charge and we would not be responsible in case of damages or loss of the items.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

The item must be undamaged, unworn, with the original label attached, in its original packaging, with the identify tag attached

Email us, or contact us from our social, in case you cant find the return form on the website and explain to us the reason.

Shipping fee will be decracted by refund in case of need of assistance, or paid anyway by the customer

Please make sure to write on package and on the invoice pro forma of the declareing goods RETURN - RESO for custom purpose due to laws in europe/ Italian regulamentation of international sales/ import/export.

The refund will be processed in about 5 working days after we received and inspected the item and with the same method you purchased, in case of exception we will contact you to decide the best form including Credit.
